Council Meeting

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby adopts the April 7, 2021 Committee of the Whole Meeting AND the April 12, 2021 Council Meeting minutes as presented.

That Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby ratifies and confirms payment of the March 2021 accounts in the amount of $3,182,886.93.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby authorizes payment of the April 2021 accounts in the amount of $966,408.06

That Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby receives for information Report Number TR-2021-04-33 prepared by Jodi MacArthur, Treasurer.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby approves Report CLK-2021-04-38 prepared by Emily Dance, Clerk AND approves the Street name “Bogdanovic Way” for the internal street within the Crimson Oak Valley Subdivision.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby receives for information Report Number CLK-2020-04-37 prepared by Kelly Lush, Deputy Clerk/Administrative Assistant.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby supports the request from Niagara Region and City of Fort Erie regarding Schedule 6, Bill 197, COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020. (landfills) AND further directs staff to forward ta copy of this resolution to forwarded to Premier Doug Ford, Jeff Yurek, Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks, Steve Clark, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, local Members of Provincial Parliament, and the Association of Municipalities Ontario (AMO).

THAT the following By-Laws be read a first, second, third time and finally passed this 19th day of April 2021 By-Law No. 2021-37 being the Beach Management By-Law By-Law No. 2021-38 being the PCBA Maintenance of Flower Beds MOU By-Law By-Law No. 2021-39 being the Play Equipment Huronville and Langdon Park By-Law By-Law No. 2021-40 being the Grass Cutting Services – Lucknow Lagoons and Sewage Pumping Station 2021/2022 By-Law By-Law No. 2021-41 being the 2021 Gravel Resurfacing By-Law By-Law No. 2021-42 being the Drainage Tile Kairshea Ave By-Law By-Law No. 2021-43 being the Extruded Polystyrene Recycling By-Law By-Law No. 2021-44 being the Lucknow Community Centre Board Loan Agreement By-Law By-Law No. 2021-45 being the Bogdanovic Zoning Holding Removal By-Law

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby receives for information all items listed in Section 10.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby receives for information all items listed in Section 11.

THAT By-Law No. 2021-46 being the Amend the Development Agreement with Beisel Contracting Inc be read a first, second, third time and finally passed this 19th day of April, 2021

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby adjourns at 9:14 pm
