THAT the Lucknow and District Fireboard move into closed meeting at 7:01pm for the purpose of considering: personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (personnel) pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; AND FURTHER THAT the Lucknow and District Fireboard return to regular open meeting upon completion.
