That the minutes of the Lucknow and District Fire Board meeting of September 19, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Lucknow and District Fire Board move into closed meeting at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering: 1) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Fire Chief Wages); 2) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (personnel) pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended; AND FURTHER THAT the Lucknow and District Fire Board return to regular open meeting upon completion.
