That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number BLDG2021-02-3 prepared by Matt Farrell, Building and Planning Manager/CBO

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number BLDG2021-02-4 prepared by Matt Farrell, Building and Planning Manager/CBO AND directs staff to continue to identify the number of illegal sleeping quarters in the Township AND FURTHER directs staff to take a proactive approach to enforcement against the use of accessory buildings as sleeping quarters as outlined in the report AND FURTHER directs staff to take the necessary actions to enforce compliance AND FURTHER directs staff to schedule a one hour visioning session to discuss the issue in further detail AND FURTHER that a staff report be brought forward outlining the options for allowing sleeping quarters in accessory buildings.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number PW-2021-02-8, prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works AND grants pre-budget approval in the acceptance of the quotation from Belwood Electric Ltd. in the amount of $10,500.00 plus HST for the installation of a generator transfer switch at the Point Clark Pumping Station

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number BED-2021-02-5 prepared by Taralyn Cronin, Business and Economic Officer.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole approves report Number CAO-2021-02-05 prepared by Elyse Dewar, Project Coordinator and in doing so supports the Early Investment in Education and Skills Program.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number CAO-2021-02-6, Growth and Servicing Master Plan – Phase 2 prepared by Mary Rose Walden , Chief Administrative Officer AND accepts the proposal from BM Ross & Associates AND FURTHER grants an exemption to the purchasing and procurement policy and pre budget approval in the amount of $100,000.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report No. CLK-2021-02-7 prepared by Emily Dance, Clerk.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report CLK-2021-02-11 prepared by Emily Dance, Clerk and authorizes the e-voting method (telephone/internet) for the upcoming 2022 Municipal Election.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number CLK2021-02-9 prepared by Kelly Lush Deputy Clerk/Administrative Assistant AND directs the following resolutions be brought forward for Council Consideration: Numbers 1 and 2.
