That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number BLDG2020-10-19 prepared by Matt Farrell, Building and Planning Manager/CBO AND FURTHER directs the Manager of Building and Planning to respond to the letter with clarification of zero tolerance of infractions to the zoning by-law, explain that the request for removal of interior walls is not permitted under current regulations AND FURTHER provide an explanation of the planning process.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number CS2020-10-42 prepared by Mike Fair, Director of Community Services and in so doing accepts Domm Construction tender in the amount of $6965.00 plus HST to replace the Ripley Library Roof.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number PW2020-10-63 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number PW2020-10-64 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number PW-2020-10-66, as prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works AND confirms the hiring of Lisa Kreller as Landfill Attendant AND FURTHER approves the appropriate by-law coming forward.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby approves Report Number PW2020-10-67 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works, AND approves the quotation from Flometrix Technical Services in the amount of $27,780.00 plus HST for the monitoring of sanitary sewer flow in 2020 and 2021 AND approves the quotation from Nieltech Services Ltd. in the amount of $21,300 for inspecting sanitary maintenance holes AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate by-laws come forward.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number PW2020-10-68 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works AND approves the quotation from H2Flow Equipment Inc. in the amount of $30,300.00 plus HST for the purchase of two floating surface aerators, AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate by-law come forward.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number PW2020-10-70 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works AND, in doing so, ratifies the purchase of winter maintenance equipment identified in this report AND authorized the Director of Public Works to issue an invitational RFQ for winter maintenance services in Lucknow AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate by-laws come forward.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number BED-2020-10-27 prepared by Lauren Eby, Business Development Coordinator.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number BED2020-10-28 prepared by Michelle Goetz, Community Development Officer AND FURTHER supports moving forward with the new resident attraction marketing collateral as approved in the 2020 Economic Development Business Plan AND FURTHER accepts the quote from Fishbowl Studio to design and print the booklets, post cards and pull-up banners to be distributed to local real estate agents and developer’s and used at events.
