THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number PW2022-05-34 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works AND accepts Part 1 and Part 3 of the tender from Vandriel Excavating Inc. in the amount of $366,161.82 plus HST for the rehabilitation of structure H66 AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate by-law coming forward
