THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby adopts the February 7, 2022 Committee of the Whole Meeting Minutes and the February 7, 2022 Council Meeting Minutes as presented.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby authorizes payment of the February 2022 accounts in the amount of $1,469,000.28.

That Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby reviews and receives the summary revenue and expenditure reports to January 31, 2022 prepared by Jodi MacArthur, Treasurer.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby receives the e-mail correspondence dated February 17, 2022 AND directs staff to forward the response as drafted.

THAT By-Law No. 2021-162 being the Clark Creek Municipal Drain, 2021 By-Law be read a third time and finally passed this 22 nd day of February, 2022.

THAT By-Law No. 2022-10 being the Appoint Kreller Landfill Operator in Charge By-Law be read a first, second, third time and finally passed this 22 nd day of February, 2022.

THAT By-Law No. 2022-15 being the 2022 Consolidated Fees By-Law be read a first, second, third time and finally passed this 22nd day of February, 2022.

THAT By-Law No. 2022-17 being the Adopt a Vaccination Policy By-law be read a first, second, third time and finally passed this 22nd day of February, 2022.

THAT By-Law No. 2022-19 being the Transportation Delivery Review Modernization Agreement By-Law be read a first, second, third time and finally passed this 22nd day of February, 2022.

THAT By-Law No. 2022-20 being the Information Technology Implementation Solutions Agreement By-Law be read a first, second, third time and finally passed this 22nd day of February, 2022

That Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby ratifies and confirms payment of the January 2022 accounts in the amount of $1,198,953.46.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby approves Report CLK-2022-02-20 prepared by Emily Dance, Clerk AND approves amending the Lucknow Community Health Centre Agreement to reduce the regular scheduled meetings to at least one AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate By-Law coming forward on tonight’s agenda.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby receives the request from the Lucknow Kinsmen AND supports their application for grant funding for a portable accessible washroom facility AND FURTHER directs the Clerk to provide a letter of support on Councils behalf.
