That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number BLDG2020-12-25 prepared by Matt Farrell, Building and Planning Manager/CBO AND directs that By-Law Enforcement monitor Short Term Rentals AND compile a report on their status for the next year AND FURTHER directs staff to bring back a report on current number and status of "bunkies" on properties within the Township and a path forward to resolve their non-compliance.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number BLDG-2020-12-24, prepared by Matt Farrell, Manager of Building and Planning/CBO AND authorizes placing the entire municipality under Site Plan Control AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate By-Law coming forward.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number FIRE2020-12-18 prepared by Chris Cleave, Fire Chief / CEMC.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves Report Number FIRE2020-12-20 prepared by Chris Cleave, Fire Chief/CEMC AND authorizes amending the Fire Department Parade, Victory Rides and Community Events Policy AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate By-law coming forward.
