THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report BLE-2026-08 prepared by Heather Falconer, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report FIR-2026-19 prepared by Jeff Bradley, Fire Chief.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole receive for information Report DRA-2026-12 as prepared by Jennifer White, Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report CS-2026-27 prepared by Mike Fair, Director of Community Services; AND approves the Point Clark Lighthouse Licence of Occupation agreement; AND FURTHER authorizes the appropriate by-law come forward.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report CS-2026-28 prepared by Matt McClinchey, Parks and Facilities Supervisor.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report PW-2026-52 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report PW-2026-55 prepared by Geoff Aitken, Manager of Environmental Services.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report PW-2026-56 prepared by John Yungblut, Director of Public Works.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report CAO-2026-27, prepared by Steve Travale, Manager of Strategic Initiatives.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report CAO-2026-28 prepared by Leanne Scott, Human Resources Generalist.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report CLK-2026-33 prepared by Kelly Lush, Deputy Clerk; AND FURTHER that the Committee support all the included resolutions excepting I) ; AND FURTHER direct Staff to distribute as they see fit.

THAT direction be provided to the MVCA Board Rep to support the budget and workplan.

WHEREAS the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council is not supportive of Transition Committee meetings taking place without appropriate public accountability and reporting; AND WHEREAS the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council would nevertheless be best served by continued representation on the Transition Committee; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the representative to the Board for the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority be authorized, should they remain on the Regional Conservation Transition Committee, to use their discretion to sign any required Non Disclosure Agreement or confidentiality agreement if required, to allow their continued participation on the Transition Committee; AND FURTHER THAT should confidentiality require it, that the member be authorized to represent the Township through the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority or other appointment, notwithstanding the confidentiality requirements limiting their ability to report.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information all items listed in Section 6.0.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby adjourn at 8:19 p.m.
