That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number CAO-2022-12-40 prepared by Mary Rose Walden, Chief Administrative Officer

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report Number CLK-2022-12-99 prepared by Kelly Lush, Deputy Clerk.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information Report CLK-2022-12-105 prepared by Kristen Prentice, Communications Coordinator.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby support the City of Stratford in their recommendation to the Government of Canada to adequately fund and fully support VIA Rail Canada in increasing the frequency, reliability and speed of VIA Rail service in 2022 and successive years.

THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council consider the 2023 Council Schedule as presented in Report CLK-2022-12-101 at the December 12 th meeting of Council.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby approves report Number CLK-2022-12-106 prepared by Jennifer White, Manager of Legislative Services/Clerk; AND FURTHER THAT Staff be authorized to take administrative steps as necessary to complete the registration of the transfer of lands outlined in By-law No. 2005-97.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole recommend that Angus road be opened and named and the necessary administrative actions be taken to bring forward the appropriate by-law.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby receives for information all items listed in Section 6.

THAT Mayor Murray reported a closed meeting was held and direction was given to Staff regarding a Human Resources matter.

THAT the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby adjourn at 9:52 p.m.
