THAT Council move into closed meeting at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of considering: 1) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Salary Market Review); pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; AND FURTHER THAT Council return to regular open meeting upon completion.
